All Season Officiating, LLC uses external forms to receive officiating coverage requests and basketball official interest information.

Information you choose to provide

When you use a linked Jotform or Google Form, the form provider receives the information you enter. That may include contact details, program or event information, scheduling needs, and information related to officiating interest.

How information is used

ASO uses submitted information to review requests, respond, discuss possible coverage, and communicate appropriate recruiting or development next steps. A coverage request does not guarantee coverage, and an interest submission does not guarantee an assignment.

External services

Jotform and Google process their forms under their own privacy terms. This website does not currently install analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts, or a customer database.
